The thickness of the Insulated sandwich panels used for our modular buildings varies from 50mm to 250mm, depending on each building’s requirements.

The panels are manufactured from two layers of pre-painted galvanized steel sheets (chromadek) with an insulated layer of fire-resistant polystyrene in-between. Alternative facings and insulation cores are available on request.

Options of insulation cores available include:

Our panels are joined by means of a tongue and groove system. No painting is required and joints are sealed with a weather resistant sealant.
